For me, Authenticy is Key, and unless I’m moving my body, I’m not being me. I notice in myself that if I am feeling Streesed, Anxious, Scared… I hold these Tensions physically in My Body. So how can I release the Tension? Find the Natural Expression. WHAT wants to move? HOW does it want to move? It can be Yoga. It can be Dance. All forms of physical movement translate into emotional and energetic movement, and the more we MOVE, the more we GROOVE 😉 LETS GOOO!!!
